RWS ID Classic 7X65 R 177grs
The 7x65 R is an excellent cartridge that performs well beyond the 200 m mark. It can effectively cover the entire range of roe deer to red deer. The cartridge was introduced in 1920 following the rapid success of the 7x64.
This rimmed cartridge is equivalent to the 7x64 and is ideally suited for break-action rifles. It is perfect for both combination hunting rifles and break-action rifles. Especially with the 8.0 g KS bullet (KS = conical tip) and the associated velocity, the 7x65 R is an excellent chamois cartridge in a leading break-action rifle.
The basic idea of the ID-CLASSIC is to ideally combine "width and depth effect" on the target.
This has been achieved by the combination of two differently hard lead cores that interlock in a tapered shape.
The soft front core fragments in a controlled manner, quickly transferring its energy to the game body. The rear core of the ID CLASSIC bullet mushrooms significantly compared to the UNI-CLASSIC, making it particularly suitable for light to medium-sized game.
The nickel-coated jacket made of flow steel protects the barrel and continuously thickens towards the rear to ensure controlled deformation. The torpedo-shaped rear ensures flight stability.

Die 7x65 R ist eine ausgezeichnete Patrone bis über die 200 m Marke hinaus. Damit kann der gesamte Einsatzbereich von Reh bis Rotwild bestens abgedeckt werden. Die Patrone wurde 1920 nach dem schnellen Erfolg der 7x64 herausgebracht.
Diese Randpatrone stellt das Äquivalent zur 7x64 dar und ist für Kipplaufwaffen prädestiniert. Sie ist sowohl für kombinierte Jagdwaffen als auch Kipplaufbüchsen ideal geeignet. Besonders mit dem 8,0 g KS-Geschoss (KS= Kegelspitz) und der damit verbundenen Rasanz ist die 7x65 R eine ausgezeichnete Gams-Patrone in einer führigen Kipplaufbüchse.
Die Grundidee des ID-CLASSIC besteht darin, "Breiten- und Tiefenwirkung" im Ziel ideal zu kombinieren.
Gelungen ist das durch die Verbindung von zwei verschieden harten Bleikernen, die zapfenförmig ineinander greifen.
Der weiche Bugkern fragmentiert kontrolliert und gibt so seine Energie schnell in den Wildkörper ab. Der hintere Kern des ID CLASSIC-Geschosses pilzt im Vergleich zum UNI-CLASSIC stark auf und ist somit besonders geeignet für leichtes bis mittelschweres Schalenwild.
Der nickelbeschichtete Mantel aus Flussstahl schont den Lauf und verstärkt sich kontinuierlich nach hinten, um eine kontrolliere Deformation sicherzustellen. Das torpedoförmige Heck sorgt für Flugstabilität.
