The Magnus 1.8-12x50i riflescope from Leica – here with rail – features a very fine L-4a reticle that barely obscures the target. The brightness can be adjusted in a day and night mode in over 60 levels. With an enormous field of view of 22.5-3.7 m at 100 m, you won't lose sight of your surroundings, and the transmission of 92% ensures good targeting even deep into twilight. The 50 mm objective perfectly fills the gap between the larger but heavier 56 mm objective and the smaller 42 mm objective with lower light-gathering capability. With its 1.8x exit magnification, the optics are also suitable for driven hunts.
Leica combines optical top performance with functionality and user-friendliness in the Magnus 1.8-12x50i. The optical system is housed in a robust, nitrogen-filled casing with precise mechanics. It is waterproof up to 4 m depth. The operation is intuitive and comfortable even in adverse conditions, thanks to the large elements. It is powered by a CR2032 battery, and the automatic shut-off and activation ensure a long operating time.

Die Helligkeit ist in einem Tag- und Nachtmodus in über 60 Stufen einstellbar. Mit dem enormen Sehfeld von 22,5-3,7 m auf 100 m verliert man auch die Umgebung nicht aus den Augen und die Transmission von 92 % sorgt für ein gutes Ansprechen bis tief in die Dämmerung hinein. Das 50-mm-Objektiv füllt genau die Lücke zwischen dem großen aber schwereren 56er-Objektiv und dem kleineren 42er-Objektiv mit geringerem Lichtsammelvermögen. Mit seiner 1,8x-Ausgangsvergrößerung ist die Optik auch für die Drückjagd geeignet.
