Die Fixierung des Adapters funktioniert nur in einer Stellung was die intuitive Montage oder das Anbringen in der Dunkelheit sehr vereinfacht. Durch die 100% Wiederholgenauigkeit findet keine Verlagerung der Treffpunktlage statt und die Optik kann einfach ab- bzw aufgesetzt werden. Über einen Spannring wird der Gewindeeinsatz fest mit der Wärmebildkamera oder dem Nachsichtgerät verbunden.
