The USP Mark 23 SOCOM pistol from Heckler & Koch functions precisely even under the most difficult conditions
The USP – Universal Self-Loading Pistol – in the Mark 23 SOCOM version from Heckler & Koch is the civilian version of the MK23, the service weapon of the US Special Operations Command. Therefore, it is unaffected by heat, cold, desert sand, or saltwater. It is extremely robust and has a lifespan of over 30,000 rounds with +P ammunition.
Safety and Ergonomics
The grip of the USP is made from high-strength and durable polymer plastic. Its non-slip texture is tactilely pleasant and provides you with maximum grip in any weather. The serrations of the slide ensure that you do not slip while reloading with wet hands or while wearing gloves. A special buffer system significantly compensates for recoil in the USP, contributing to the long lifespan of the pistol. Safe handling is ensured by an automatic hammer and firing pin safety. The USP features a combined manual safety and decocking lever. The controls are ambidextrous for both right- and left-handed shooters.
High-Quality Workmanship
The precision barrel of the USP pistol is made from cold-hammered and hard-chromed special steel with a polygon profile. This significantly reduces wear. The barrel has an M16×1-ISO thread for attaching a suppressor. The USP comes factory-equipped with an open and luminescent 3-point sight. This ensures quick target acquisition, even in unfavorable lighting conditions. Optionally, various sights can be mounted. No tools are required to disassemble the USP into its main components.
