The primer pocket size was changed in December 2000 from Large Pistol Primer to Small Pistol/Rifle Primer. Test results have shown that the switch to a small primer pocket has no negative effects. Cor-Bon now recommends Win. Small Pistol Primer as the best option, and when using a Small Rifle Primer, the Remington 7 1/2 works best.
