2-piece die set consisting of a full-length sizing die for bushings and a benchrest seating die with window and micrometer screw. The sizing bushings must be ordered separately. The dies fit all presses with the standard thread 7/8-14. The MatchMaster Competition die sets are the perfect tool for producing high-precision rifle cartridges. The full-length sizing die uses RCBS bushings (please order these separately). The titanium nitride-coated internal expander provides a gentle expansion of the case neck. Both contribute to a significantly longer lifespan of the case. This set is rounded off by the MatchMaster Competition seating die. Simply place the bullet in the side-open window. The bullets are automatically centered by the movable seating stem and precisely adjusted in seating depth via the micrometer screw. To determine the correct bushing size, measure the neck diameter of a finished cartridge and subtract 0.002"-0.003" from that measurement. (Show description in original language)

Die Kalibriereinsätze (Bushings) müssen extra bestellt werden. Die Matrizen passen in alle Pressen mit dem Standardgewinde 7/8-14.Die MatchMaster-Competition-Matrizensätze sind das perfekte Werkzeug zum Herstellen von hochpräzisen Büchsenpatronen. Die Kalibriermatrize in voller Länge verwendet dazu die Bushings von RCBS (diese bitte zusätzlich ordern). Der mit Titannitrid beschichtete Innenaufweiter bietet eine schonende Aufweitung des Hülsenhalses. Beides trägt zu einer deutlich längeren Lebensdauer der Hülse bei. Abgerundet wird dieses Set durch die MatchMaster-Competition-Setzmatrize. Legen Sie einfach das Geschoss in das seitlich offene Fenster.Die Geschosse werden über den beweglichen Setzstempel automatisch zentrisch ausgerichtet und über die Mikrometerschraube in der Setztiefe exakt justiert. Zur Bestimmung der richtigen Bushing-Größe messen Sie den Halsdurchmesser einer fertig geladenen Patrone und ziehen 0,002“-0,003“ von dem Maß ab.
