Aimpoint 3XMag magnification attachment including Twist Mount and 39mm spacer
The Aimpoint 3X MAG can be combined with all Aimpoint red dot sights to enable target acquisition and observation, even at greater distances. In combination with a simple red dot and a Twist Mount (folding mount), the user can switch to a 3X magnification with just one hand movement.

The 3X MAG is also compatible with night vision devices and does not require re-zeroing of the weapon, as it uses the red dot of the previously mounted red dot sight as the reticle.

Aimpoint has primarily developed the 3X MAG for professional/government users. It offers waterproofing up to 25m and operates reliably in temperature ranges from -45 °C to 70 °C.

Das Aimpoint 3X MAG, kann mit allen Aimpoint Rotpunktvisieren kombiniert werden um eine Zielerfassung und Beobachtung, auch auf weitere Distanzen zu ermöglichen. In Kombination mit einem einfachen Red Dot und einer Twist Mount (Klappmontage), kann der Anwender mit nur einen Handgriff zu einer 3X Vergrößerung wechseln.

Das 3X MAG ist ohne weiteres mit Nachtsichtgeräten kompatibel und benötigt kein erneutes einschießen der Waffe, da es den Rotpunkt des davor montierten Rotpunktvisier als Absehen nutzt.

Aimpoint hat das 3X MAG primär für professionelle/behördliche Anwender entwickelt. So bietet es eine Wasserfestigkeit bis 25m und arbeitet Störungsfrei in Temperaturbereichen von -45 °C bis 70°C.
