The synthetic stock with the HunTec camouflage pattern and leather inlays on the grip areas and the stock back feels very pleasant in the hands. The stock cap noticeably absorbs recoil. The design with the straight back gives the hunting rifle a flowing, dynamic shape that ergonomically fits perfectly when shouldered.
The direct trigger of the R8 rifle is crisp, releases at a resistance of 750 g, and ensures precise shot delivery without jerking. The quickly reloadable straight-pull repeating system is made of duralumin. The hand cocking system of the R8 Ultimate HunTec Silence guarantees maximum safety by relaxing the firing pin spring. The cocking occurs only immediately before the shot by pushing the cocking slider forward.

Die Schaftkappe absorbiert Rückstöße spürbar. Das Design mit dem geraden Rücken verleiht dem Jagdgewehr eine fließend-dynamische Form, die sich beim Anlegen ergonomisch perfekt anschmiegt.
Der Direktabzug der R8-Büchse steht trocken, löst bei einem Widerstand von 750 g aus und gewährleistet eine präzise Schussabgabe ohne Verreißen. Das schnell nachladbare Geradezug-Repetiersystem ist aus Dural gefertigt. Das Handspannsystem der R8 Ultimate HunTec Silence garantiert höchste Sicherheit mittels Entspannung der Schlagfeder. Die Spannung erfolgt erst unmittelbar vor dem Schuss durch das Vorschieben des Spannschiebers.
