The double-core bullet consists of two lead cores of different hardness and a jacket made of tombak. To separate the softer front core, the harder rear core has an additional tough tombak jacket. The core weight ratio is 50:50. A rear groove located in the back of the bullet reliably connects the rear core with the outer jacket. A second groove in the front area forms the cutting edge (cutting hair) and simultaneously serves as a predetermined breaking point for the front bullet jacket. An important point for tearing off the otherwise obstructive bullet flags. This construction creates a straight shot channel for the important safe exit.

Das Doppelkerngeschoss besteht aus zwei Bleikernen unterschiedlicher Härte und dem Geschossmantel aus Tombak. Zur Trennung vom weicheren Bugkern erhielt der härtere Heckkern einen zusätzlichen zähen Tombakmantel. Das Kerngewichtsverhältnis beträgt 50:50. Eine im hinteren Geschossbereich befindliche Heckrille verbindet den Heckkern zuverlässig mit dem Außenmantel. Eine zweite Rille im vorderen Bereich bildet den Scharfrand (Schnitthaar) und ist gleichzeitig Sollbruchstelle für den vorderen Geschossmantel. Ein wichtiger Punkt für das Abreißen der ansonsten hinderlichen Geschossfahnen. Durch diese Konstruktion entsteht ein gerader Schusskanal für den wichtigen sicheren Ausschuss.
