The engraving "1939-XVII" on the weapon refers to the year 1939 and the 17th year of the fascist era in Italy. The Beretta 1935 is characterized by its compact design and reliability. It was popular among officers and vehicle crews due to its ease of handling. The pistol features a single-action trigger and a manual safety on the left side of the slide.
