With the RubinSabot, Brenneke sets standards in sabot technology. Specifically tailored to the needs of European hunters and their firearms, it combines the advantages of classic Brenneke shotgun slugs with the benefits of a sabot cage.

Functionality:

When the RubinSabot is fired from a smoothbore shotgun, the cage opens due to air resistance after leaving the muzzle and falls to the ground after about 15 meters. The projectile, on the other hand, flies stably towards the target. The sabot projectile features the typical 12 angled ribs for a smooth passage through any type of choke.

Mit dem RubinSabot setzt Brenneke in der Treibspiegeltechnologie Maßstäbe. Speziell auf die Belange europäischer Jäger und deren Waffen zugeschnitten, verbindet es die Vorteile der klassischen Brenneke - Flintenlaufgeschosse mit den Vorzügen eines Treibkäfigs.

Funktionsweise:

Wird das RubinSabot aus einem glatten Flintenlauf verschossen, öffnet sich der Käfig durch den Luftwiderstand nach Verlassen der Mündung und fällt nach ca. 15 Metern zu Boden. Das Geschoss dagegen fliegt stabil zum Ziel. Das Treibspiegelgeschoss verfügt über die typischen 12 schräg gestellten Rippen für einen problemlosen Durchgang durch jede Art von Choke.
