This special variant of Rottweil Hunting Brown is ideal for successful shots at short distances, e.g., during woodland hunting or for incoming ducks.
Rottweil was the first shotgun cartridge manufacturer to have the idea of using the originally designed spread cross for clay pigeon shooting also in hunting.
The spread cross ensures a large-area coverage of the shot cloud up to about 25 m, thereby increasing the hit probability.
This property prevents game meat loss.

Rottweil hatte als erster Schrotpatronen-Hersteller die Idee das ursprünglich für das Wurftaubenschießen konzipierte Streukreuz auch bei der Jagd einzusetzen.
