It adapts to the shape of the foot, and the stretch trim at the shaft allows the boot to fit snugly, so that hardly any cold air can enter and warm air cannot escape. The mesh lining still allows the feet to breathe. Those who stand for long periods benefit from the 2mm thermo foam in the insole.
Tested down to -40 degrees, the ideal operating range is between -10 and +10 degrees Celsius.
