The dual-core partial expansion projectile is an invention of BRENNEKE. Upon impact with the game body, the front projectile core disintegrates, while the rear core ensures deep penetration and exit wound. This means: Maximum energy transfer and rapid, game size-adapted lethality through fragment release.
In conjunction with the cutting edge also invented by BRENNEKE, the tracking signs at the shot site provide insights into the hit location when the shot game still has a distance to cover. Dual-core partial expansion projectiles are universally applicable to all game species and sizes. In the BRENNEKE program, these are the Torpedo-Ideal and Torpedo-Universal projectiles (TIG, TUG as well as the BASIC and the TEILMANTEL projectile).

Das Zweikern-Teilzerlegungsgeschoss ist eine Erfindung von BRENNEKE. Nach dem Auftreffen auf dem Wildkörper zerlegt sich der vordere Geschosskern, während der hintere für die Tiefenwirkung und den Ausschuss sorgt. Das bedeutet: Maximale Energieabgabe und schnelle, an die Wildgröße angepasste, Tötungswirkung durch Splitterabgabe.
In Verbindung mit dem ebenfalls von BRENNEKE erfundenen Scharfrand lassen die Pirschzeichen am Anschuss Rückschlüsse auf den Treffersitz zu, wenn das beschossene Wild noch eine Fluchtstrecke zurücklegt. Zweikern-Teilzerlegungsgeschosse sind universell auf alle Wildarten und –größen einsetzbar. Im BRENNEKE Programm sind es die Torpedo-Ideal- bzw.
