The MeoPro R5 2-10x42 SFP scope without rail is the version of the R5 series from Meopta with the largest field of view. With an impressive 19.3x3.8 m at 100 m, it offers the largest field of view among Meopta optics with the 1-inch main tube and 5x zoom. Meopta, the renowned Czech company, has created a top-quality optic with its MeoPro R5 series, combining precision and performance at an attractive price.
The lenses of the MeoPro R5 are coated with high-quality anti-reflective coatings that ensure an exceptional light transmission of 89%. This results in true-to-life color reproduction and a clear, bright image across the entire field of view. This is complemented by the special MeoDrop™ and MeoShield™ coatings. MeoDrop™ repels water, dust, and dirt, ensuring clear visibility in any weather, while MeoShield™ effectively protects the optics from scratches and mechanical damage, even under the most demanding conditions.
The 2-10x magnification is ideal for hunting in the woods and provides the necessary flexibility for various distances. You can choose between a fine Z-Plex reticle and a Z-Plus reticle with parallax adjustment, both located on the second image plane. The Z-PLUS reticle offers parallax compensation from 9m to infinity, while the Z-PLEX reticle operates without parallax compensation.
The slim 25.4 mm (1 inch) tube of the MeoPro R5 is made from a high-strength aluminum alloy, making it extremely shock-resistant and durable. The scratch-resistant anodization of the surface prevents glare and ensures a discreet appearance. The scope is hermetically sealed and filled with nitrogen to reliably prevent fogging of the optics under extreme temperature fluctuations. Of course, the MeoPro R5 is completely waterproof and thus suitable for use in all weather conditions. The robust construction ensures excellent recoil resistance, making the MeoPro R5 suitable for all common types of rifles, including small caliber and air guns. An M47x0.75 thread also allows for easy mounting of a night vision device.
