Reliable fire starter from Highlander with magnesium insert in aluminum block and integrated flint. First, magnesium shavings are scraped off the magnesium insert with the scraper. To ignite these shavings, for example, the back of a knife is struck against the built-in flint. Zuverlässiger Feueranzünder von Highlander mit Magnesium-Einleger im Aluminium-Block und integriertem Feuerstein. Vom Magnesium-Einleger werden zuerst Magnesiumspäne mit dem Schaber abgeschabt. Um dann diese Späne entzünden zu können, wird z.B. mit einem Messerrücken auf den eingebauten Feuerstein geschlagen. Besonders effektiv ist es, wenn die abgeschabten Späne vorher auf leicht brennbares Material wie Papier, trockenes Gras, etc. gelegt werden.
