Thanks to its special surface structure, the cast iron pot retains heat for a particularly long time. The raised lid edge allows for placing embers or charcoal on it, ensuring even heat distribution. With its three feet, it has a stable stand, and a hole for inserting a thermometer allows for temperature checks without having to lift the lid. Dank spezieller Oberflächenstruktur speichert der gusseiserne Topf die Wärme besonders lange. Der erhöhte Deckelrand ermöglicht das Platzieren von Glut oder Holzkohle darauf, sodass die Wärme gleichmäßig verteilt wird. Durch die drei Füße hat er sicheren Stand und ein Loch zur Durchführung eines Thermometers ermöglicht die Prüfung der Temperatur, ohne den Deckel abheben zu müssen.
