Thanks to its special surface structure, the cast iron pot retains heat for a particularly long time. It is often referred to as a Dutch Oven and is ideal for cooking and baking outdoors over an open fire, but it can also be used in the oven. The surface is already pre-treated (seasoned finish), so the pot can be used directly without seasoning. The raised lid edge allows for placing embers or charcoal on it, ensuring even heat distribution. With its three feet, it has a stable stand, and a hole for inserting a thermometer allows for temperature checks without having to lift the lid.
