The knife and scissor sharpener SURESHARP from Taylors Eye Witness is ideally suited for any blade thanks to its flexible sharpening angle adjustment. A total of 6 adjustment options (14 degrees, 16 degrees, 18 degrees, 20 degrees, 22 degrees, and 24 degrees) can be manually selected via a rotary knob. For very dull blades, the tungsten carbide sharpeners are used first, followed by the ceramic sharpening rods. Usually, the ceramic sharpening rods are sufficient for touch-ups. The scissor sharpening function also features a ceramic sharpening rod and is already correctly set for all common scissors. The handle of the SURESHARP allows for secure handling. Insgesamt können 6 Einstellungsmöglichkeiten (14 Grad, 16 Grad, 18 Grad, 20 Grad, 22 Grad und 24 Grad) über ein Drehrad manuell ausgewählt werden. Für sehr stumpfe Klingen kommen zuerst die Tungsten-Carbid Schärfer und anschließend die Keramik Schleifstäbe zum Einsatz. Zum Nachschärfen reichen in der Regel bereits die Keramik Schleifstäbe. Der Einsatz zum Schärfen von Scheren verfügt ebenfalls über einen Keramik Schleifstab und ist vom Winkel bereits für alle gängigen Scheren korrekt eingestellt.
