The knife and scissor sharpener SURESHARP from Taylors Eye Witness is ideally suited for any blade thanks to its flexible sharpening angle adjustment. A total of 6 adjustment options (14 degrees, 16 degrees, 18 degrees, 20 degrees, 22 degrees, and 24 degrees) can be manually selected via a rotary knob. For very dull blades, the tungsten carbide sharpeners are used first, followed by the ceramic sharpening rods. Usually, the ceramic sharpening rods are sufficient for touch-ups. The scissor sharpening function also features a ceramic sharpening rod and is already correctly set for all common scissors. The handle of the SURESHARP allows for secure handling.
