Previously, an additional sling swivel or a modification of the fore-end was necessary for the "bipod" option. However, once the bipod was removed, a bothersome knob or even a dirt-catching opening remained. With the Bipod-SUS and the corresponding Flexpro bipod, there is now the optimal solution for the S 404. With the push of a button, the holding adapter "Bipod-SUS" is fixed in the front sling swivel socket.
Through a magnetic attachment, the lightweight bipod "SAUER Flexpro Dipod," weighing only 160 grams, is connected to the adapter. Thanks to the intelligent functional principle, the SAUER Flexpro bipod can be swung in and locked. Thus, it can remain on the rifle during stalking. It can be deployed absolutely silently in seconds, is pivotable at the push of a button, and infinitely adjustable in length.

Ultraleichtes Carbon Zweibein: Das Sauer Zweibein „Carbon FlexPro“ wurde speziell für den weiten Schuss mit der S 505 und S 404 konstruiert. Ultraschnell über die Buchse des vorderen Riemenbügels fixiert, sorgt es für absolute Standstabilität und höchsten Schießkomfort.
Das Allerbeste: Mit einem Knopfdruck ist das kleine Leichtgewicht beigeklappt und kann arretiert an der Waffe getragen werden.
Ebenso kann das Carbon-Zweibein per Knopfdruck komplett vom Vorderschaft gelöst und im Rucksack verstaut werden.
