The Zippo replacement wick for Zippo lighters is the ideal solution when your lighter no longer ignites properly. The wick should be replaced when the ignition process needs to be repeated multiple times. With this high-quality replacement wick, you can quickly and easily get your Zippo lighter back in operation. Procedure: 1. Remove all components of the fuel tank (flint screw, felt cap, cotton, old wick). 2. Pull the new wick either from top to bottom through the chimney or from the bottom through the fuel tank. 3. Bend the wick tip over the chimney to hold the wick in place during reassembly. 4. Reinsert the cotton pieces in exactly the same order they were removed. When inserting, thread the wick in an S-shape through the cotton pieces to ensure the wick has as much contact with the filling material as possible. 5. Place the felt cap back on the flint tube and secure it with the pressure spring. Make sure that the flint does not fall out during this process. 6. Der Zippo Ersatzdocht für Zippo Feuerzeuge ist die ideale Lösung, wenn Dein Feuerzeug nicht mehr richtig zündet. Der Docht sollte gewechselt werden, wenn der Zündvorgang mehrmals wiederholt werden muss. Mit diesem hochwertigen Ersatzdocht kannst Du Dein Zippo Feuerzeug schnell und einfach wieder in Betrieb nehmen. Vorgehensweise: 1. Entferne alle Bestandteile des Benzintanks (Zündsteinschraube, Filzdeckel, Watte, alter Docht). 2. Ziehe den neuen Docht entweder von oben nach unten durch den Kamin oder von unten durch den Benzintank ein. 3. Biege die Dochtspitze über den Kamin, um den Docht beim Zusammensetzen festzuhalten. 4. Setze die Watteteile genau in der gleichen Reihenfolge wieder ein, wie sie herausgenommen wurden. Schlinge beim Einsetzen den Docht in einer S-Linie durch die Watteteile, damit der Docht möglichst viel Kontakt zum Füllmaterial erhält. 5. Setze den Filzdeckel wieder auf das Zündsteinrohr auf und verschließe es mit der Anpressfeder. Achte darauf, dass der Zündstein bei diesem Vorgang nicht herausfällt. 6. Schneide den Docht am Kaminrand ab und setze den Einsatz wieder in das Gehäuse ein. - Inhalt: 1 x Ersatzdocht
