Old Bear est un fabricant Italien de couteau faits à la main, par des artisans dont le savoir-faire se transmet depuis 1925.
Ce couteau serpette Old Bear est votre meilleur allié pour le jardinage ou encore la cueillette de plantes, fruits ou champignons. Il est équipé d’un système d’ouverture dit Nail nick (ouverture en tirant sur la lame) couplé à un mécanisme de verrouillage avec virole pivotante. Ainsi vous pouvez sécuriser la lame lorsqu’elle est ouverte, pour pouvoir l’utiliser en toute sérénité et la bloquer dans le manche après utilisation. Cela garantit un transport en toute sécurité.
La lame courbée de 10cm est en acier inoxydable 420, un élément indispensable pour un couteau utilisé en milieu humide. Notez que la lame a été affûtée par un artisans, à la main.
La virole est en laiton brossé et le manche de 12cm est en noyer, un bois sombre et noble, résistant dans le temps avec un veinage élégant et original.
Rappelons que ce couteau est conçu de façon artisanale, c’est donc un modèle unique, cela lui ajoute de l’authenticité.
Toute irrégularité à sa surface est une preuve supplémentaire du processus de fabrication artisanale.
Le couteau est livré dans une boîte cartonnée qui contient le certificat de contrôle qualité, signé par l’artisan en personne.
