Utilisation
Lancez le plomb puis ramenez-le lentement en tirant avec la canne : les vibrations ressenties dans le scion indiquent si le fond est dur, sableux, vaseux ou couvert d'algues. Vous pouvez ainsi délimiter précisément le début et la fin d'une zone propre avant d'y poser vos montages. Associé à un flotteur marqueur, le plomb permet aussi de mesurer la profondeur et de matérialiser le spot. Le modèle de 2 oz convient aux bordures et aux petites baies, et fait peu de bruit à l'impact sur votre coup. Le 3 oz est polyvalent pour la plupart des situations classiques. Le 4 oz s'adresse aux vastes plans d'eau, surtout quand le vent souffle fort.
