The ripstop fabric upper features a GORE-TEX ePE Extended Comfort membrane, waterproof and breathable, a reinforced toe cap, and a rubber rand to protect your toes from rocks and roots. The soft midsole cushioning is paired with a more structured layer under the heel for added support. The collar has an integrated gaiter to keep out stones and debris. Finally, the FriXion® White outsole with Impact Brake System™ technology offers exceptional grip both uphill and downhill, flex grooves along the sole provide greater freedom of movement, and the TPU heel adds stability to every step.

Designed and developed by La Sportiva’s Research and Development centre, it offers real advantages during running by reducing the negative impact with the ground. The particular arrangement of the lugs ensures that some of them contact the ground first, softening the tread’s impact.
La Sportiva FriXion® compounds are created to produce outsoles with different grip and durability parameters based on the type of use and terrain on which La Sportiva footwear is used.
The FriXion range consists of 5 types of compounds used on mountain running and climbing footwear.
Footwear designed with GORE-TEX Extended Comfort product technology is ideal in enclosed environments as well as outdoors with moderate to higher temperatures or during high-impact aerobic activities.
They are waterproof over time with optimal breathability and provide lasting protection from the elements. Water does not penetrate inside, while sweat easily escapes.
