Durch die Verwendung interner Stahlgewichte kommt es dem tatsächlichen Gewicht eines vollständig geladenen Magazins sehr nahe, und der zum Patent angemeldete federbelastete Follower auf der Oberseite des Magazins drückt beim Einführen in die Waffe gegen den Schlitten, so dass sich das Nachladen wie bei einem echten Magazin anfühlt!
Die Spannung auf dem Follower sorgt nicht nur dafür, dass sich das Einschieben realistisch anfühlt, sondern auch dafür, dass das Magazin beim Training nicht in der Waffe herumrattert. Wenn Sie den Magazinauslöser drücken, wird es unter einer gewissen Spannung ausgeworfen, genau wie bei der echten Waffe.
Das Magazin und der Follower sind so konstruiert, dass sie den Schlittenanschlag NICHT aktivieren, so dass Sie beim Laden üben können, den Schlitten zu bewegen, ohne dass er zurückschnellt.
In diese Magazine kann keinerlei Munition geladen werden, was dazu beiträgt, dass das Trockenschießen sicher und munitionsfrei bleibt. Die violette Farbe und die rote Hülse machen deutlich, dass es sich nicht um echte Magazine handelt und dass keine scharfe Munition im Spiel ist.
Wir haben versucht, die Bodenplatten der Magazine so zu gestalten, dass sie in die meisten Magazinschächte passen. Es ist jedoch möglich, dass einige Magazinschächte verhindern, dass das Magazin vollständig sitzt. Glücklicherweise können diese Magazine leicht mit einer Feile oder einem Dremmelwerkzeug an den jeweiligen Magwell-Typ angepasst werden.

Das Glock Magazin wurde einem 9mm G17 Gen4 Magazin nachempfunden. Wenn ein solches Magazin zu Ihrer Waffe passt, sollte es auch das DAA Dry-fire Magazin.
Das CZ-Magazin wurde einem SP01 9mm-Magazin nachempfunden und ebenfalls in der Shadow2 getestet. Wenn ein solches Magazin zu Ihrer Waffe passt, dann sollte es auch das DAA Dry-fire Magazin.
