Die 25 Caliber 115 Grain Very Low Drag (VLD) Hunting Rifle Bullet von Berger zählt zu den flachst schießenden Jagdgeschossen in der Branche. Die VLD Hunting Rifle Bullets ähneln in ihrem Design den VLD Target Rifle Bullets, jedoch werden sie mit einer dünneren J4 Precision Hülse gefertigt, die für eine schnelle Expansion während der Jagdanwendungen sorgt. VLD Hunting Geschosse sind darauf ausgelegt, 5-8 cm in die vitalen Organe des Tieres einzudringen und dann zu expandieren, wodurch eine massive Wundhöhle von bis zu 38 cm entsteht.
