WE BUILD GUNS THAT MAXIMIZE YOUR PERFORMANCE The XR-P feature an all-steel compensator which directs propellent gasses upward and keeps the gun on target. Shadow Systems compensated guns are designed to function in adverse conditions. We prioritize reliability but still provide the most controllable, easiest to hit with pistols on the market. SELF-LOCKING, SELF-INDEXING The MR-P and XR-P compensator is a highly compact steel compensator that adds only ½ inch to the pistol. Consequently, both guns fit in existing G17 holsters. The compensator uses the patent pending QD attachment system found on the successful CR-P pistol. This allows for ease of maintenance and sales in jurisdictions that ban threaded barrels. With this design, we eliminated the use of a conventional threaded barrel. Instead, Shadow Systems developed a proprietary 3-lug muzzle that works in combination with a centrally located locking lever in the body of the comp. The drop-safe, flat-faced aluminum trigger has a 4.5-5.0 lbs trigger pull and a crisp, tactile reset. Optic cut models allow shooters to mount the mini red dot optic of their choosing.
