Eine dennoch hohe Bruchelastizität wird durch die Verwendung des überaus zähen rostfreien Edelstahl ACX390 erzielt. Eine ausgeprägte Fingermulde an der Klingenbasis ermöglicht auch das Greifen mit dem Zeigefinger vor dem Fingerschutz, was beispielsweise bei Arbeiten wie dem Häuten erlegten Wildes von Vorteil ist. Das für die Griffschalen verwendete Olivenholz zählt zu den Hölzern mit dem höchsten natürlichen Eigenölgehalt. Es ist daher ausgesprochen witterungsbeständig und verfügt über eine angenehme Haptik, die auch bei Kälte und Nässe eine gute Griffigkeit bietet. In den Erl eingelassen ist eine mit Messinghülse gefasste Fangriemenöse. Die hochwertige braune Sattellederscheide mit Gürtelschlaufe und Druckknopfriegel verfügt über eine hohe Manschette, die das Messer sicher schützt.
