Meccanismo di scatto ideato per i fucili tattici su meccanica compatibile con lo standard Remington 700, questo scatto ad 1 tempo viene utilizzato anche in ambito venatorio da cacciatori esperti.
Realizzato con materiali aeronautici, quali ERGAL 7075 per scocca e grilletto, è anodizzato 13.8 PH, 17,4 PH e 1,2083 (55 HRC) per la componentistica interna, al fine di ridurre ulteriormente gli attriti e annullare di fatto l’usura, incrementandone le performance.
E' dotato di leva per sicura Top Right e di leva per il bolt release.
E' dotato di un set di tre molle (1,2,3,4) per la scelta del peso di sgancio.
REGOLAZIONE DELLO SCATTO
Vite 1, Sear Engagement: svitare tutta la vite del Sear. Armare il bolt e avvitare fino a quando lo scatto sgancia. Svitare di 1/8 di giro (riarmare più volte assicurandosi che lo scatto non sganci da solo - in questo caso, svitare ancora di 1/8 di giro)
Vite 2, Pull Weight: Regolare il Pull Force (avvitando si indurisce). Molla 1 (45-85 g), Molla 2 (65-95 g), Molla 3 (105-190 g), Molla 4 (115-235 g). ATTENZIONE: quando viene rimosso il grano per sostituire la molla con una delle 4 in dotazione fare attenzione a non uscire il perno in acciaio.
Vite 3, Over Travel: avvitare la vite per regolare l'Over Travel del grilletto (avvitando si riduce la corsa del grilletto una volta sganciato)
Vite 4, Posizione Grilletto: svitare/avvitare per regolare la posizione del grilletto desiderata (Torx TX6)
