Terms and Conditions

Paragraph 1: Framework Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all contracts you enter into with us as the provider via the Gunfinder internet platform.  

Paragraph 2: Prices
The prices of our products are stated in euros and include all taxes, excluding shipping and handling fees for delivery.
All sales are payable in euros, regardless of where the order is placed.

(2.1): Discount Promotions 
Some of our products are discounted for a specific period. 
The products will be billed at the prices applicable at the time of the order, subject to availability. 
We also reserve the right to change our prices at any time. The price and availability of the products may therefore be subject to changes.

Paragraph 3: Order
We commit to accepting your order in accordance with the general terms and conditions, to which you agree when confirming your Gunfinder order.

Paragraph 4: Order Confirmation
Each order confirmation leads to the complete and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions by the buyer. 
The transaction data stored by us serve as proof of all business transactions made with the customer. 
The information registered at the time of payment serves as proof of the entirety of the financial transactions.

Paragraph 5: Availability
The offered product offers and prices are valid as long as stocks last. 
If a product is no longer available after your order has been confirmed, you will be informed either by email or by phone. 
You then have the option to cancel or exchange your order. 
In the event of complete unavailability, the order will be canceled and the refund will be made within 7 days to the payment method used by the buyer. 
In the case of a partial delivery of your order, our customer service will contact you to agree on a possible exchange, a refund 
or a deadline for receiving the goods.

Paragraph 6: Delivery
The delivery time includes the time for preparing the order and the time for shipping. 
In the case of payment by bank transfer, the order will only be processed after receipt of payment. 
Consequently, the deadlines apply from the day of receipt and may therefore differ from the deadlines communicated at the time of order confirmation. 
The delivery of the items is made by post to the delivery address you provided when placing your order.

Paragraph 7: Shipping Costs
The shipping costs include a contribution to the preparation and packaging costs as well as postage costs.

(7.1): For delivery within Germany, we charge a flat rate of 10.00 euros per order for non-EWB-required items and 30.00 euros per order for EWB-required items.

(7.2): For delivery outside Germany, but within the EU, we charge a flat rate of 20.00 euros per order for non-EWB-required items and 50.00 euros per order for EWB-required items.

Paragraph 8: Payment
We offer various payment options: card, bank transfer, cash.
Payment data is not stored by us to prevent misuse and to secure your payments when purchasing on the website.

(8.1): We accept the following credit cards on-site: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express (Amex).

(8.2): We accept bank and postal transfers. 
After order confirmation, our complete bank details will be provided to you.

(8.3): We accept cash payment on-site in euros, provided the legal upper limit is adhered to.

Paragraph 9: Retention of Title
The products remain our property until full payment has been made. 
This provision does not affect the liability clause mentioned below from the moment the order is transferred to the customer. 
We are not liable for losses or damages from the moment the order has left our premises.

Paragraph 10: Liability
We cannot be held liable in the event of disruptions. 
This includes full or partial strikes of postal services, transport and/or communication means, force majeure, floods, fires that may prevent the delivery of the order or destroy the order.

Paragraph 11: Intellectual Property
The elements displayed on Gunfinder are and remain exclusively our property. 
It is prohibited to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use these elements, even partially. 
Without our express written consent, any linking, whether simple or via hypertext, is strictly prohibited.

Paragraph 12: Return of Goods
The buyer benefits from a 14-day withdrawal period from the day of delivery of their order, as required by law. 
The buyer can return the order for exchange or refund to the seller without having to pay extra for it. 
Only the costs for the return shipment are to be borne by you. 
The refund will be made within 7 days, provided that the package has been properly received and is not damaged.

Paragraph 13: Data Storage
All data we learn from you, e.g., EWB, proof of age, name, address, date of birth, email address, will be collected by us in accordance with the EU GDPR and used only in permissible ways.

Paragraph 14: Warranty and Guarantee Conditions
There are statutory warranty rights. 
The currently valid statutory warranty period is 24 months. 
Please keep all receipts - warranty certificate, invoice - carefully, as they are a valuable aid in warranty claims.
