Description
Selling my very well-maintained and like new complete set around the Evanix Max Air II PCP air rifle in caliber .30 (7.62 mm), purchased in August 2024. The original invoice from 04.08.2024 is available and included with the set.
The rifle has the official F marking (F in pentagon) (GoGun Germany) and delivers under 7.5 joules in its delivery condition. It is therefore freely available from 18 years in Germany.
The complete system comes ready to use, mounted and protected in a custom-fit HMF aluminum case.

Legal notes & sales conditions (private sale):
- Age verification (purchase from 18 years): Sale only to adults. Before handover or shipping, an official age verification (copy/photo of ID card or passport) is mandatory.
- Important note on tuning parts: The acquisition and possession of the expansion spring and replacement screw is legal and unrestricted in Germany. However, installing them in the weapon leads to a power increase above 7.5 joules (weapon requiring a permit). Installation within Germany is legally prohibited without the appropriate firearms permit and may only be done by an authorized gunsmith.
- Warranty / liability: Private sale excluding any liability for material defects, warranty or returns. This exclusion does not apply to claims for damages from grossly negligent or intentional breach of seller’s duties or in case of injury to life, body or health.

- Payment: Cash on collection or bank transfer.
- Handover / shipping: Preferably personal pickup on site including age verification. Insured shipping is also possible after arrangement and prior submission of age verification.

Das Gewehr besitzt die offizielle F-Kennzeichnung (F im Fünfeck) (GoGun Germany) und leistet im Auslieferungszustand unter 7,5 Joule. Es ist somit in Deutschland frei ab 18 Jahren erwerbbar.

- Altersnachweis (Erwerb ab 18 Jahren): Verkauf ausschließlich an volljährige Personen. Vor der Übergabe oder dem Versand ist ein amtlicher Altersnachweis (Kopie/Foto des Personalausweises oder Reisepasses) zwingend erforderlich.
- Wichtiger Hinweis zu den Tuningteilen: Der Erwerb und Besitz der Expansionsfeder sowie der Austausch-Schraube ist in Deutschland legal und frei. Der Einbau in die Waffe führt jedoch zu einer Leistungssteigerung über 7,5 Joule (erlaubnispflichtige Waffe). Die Montage innerhalb Deutschlands ist ohne entsprechende waffenrechtliche Erlaubnis gesetzlich untersagt und darf nur durch einen berechtigten Büchsenmacher erfolgen.
- Gewährleistung / Haftung: Privatverkauf unter Ausschluss jeglicher Sachmangelhaftung, Gewährleistung oder Rücknahme. Der Ausschluss gilt nicht für Schadensersatzansprüche aus grob fahrlässiger bzw. vorsätzlicher Verletzung von Pflichten des Verkäufers sowie bei Verletzung von Leben, Körper und Gesundheit.
