available for Buy It Now is an absolute premium accessory highlight that is hardly available anymore in the European market: A set of original premium grip panels from the US cult brand Eagle Grips (Art Jewel Enterprises) made of genuine, deep black water buffalo horn (Genuine Black Buffalo Horn).
The grips are crafted in the noble, smooth finish (Smooth), high-gloss polished, and fit perfectly in the hand. They feature a beautiful, subtle deep grain pattern found only in genuine natural horn – an absolute eye-catcher for any firearm collection!

- Smith & Wesson (S&W) J-frame with round butt
- Perfect for absolute cult models like the Model 36 (Chiefs Special), Model 60 (Stainless), as well as the legendary Airweight and Centennial pocket revolvers (Model 640, 442, 642 etc.).
The absolute special feature of this set:
The grips have the extremely rare, removable pass-inlet / wedge in the upper part of the inside (see photos). This makes the grips universally usable:
- With the wedge inserted, they fit perfectly on standard frames with exposed hammer (e.g. M36).
- Without the wedge, they fit seamlessly to frame shapes with concealed hammer or hammer shroud (e.g. Bodyguard/Centennial models). This small part is almost always lost over the years – here it is present in original!
Condition:
- Absolute top condition! The grips appear to have never or barely been mounted. No cracks, no chips in the horn, the edges are sharp, and the integrated brass threaded inserts are flawlessly clean.
- Delivery includes the original Eagle Grips collector box with the matching factory label.
- Note: Delivery is without the small mounting screw. You can easily use the original S&W factory screw or any standard grip screw for the J-frame.
- Grab it before someone else does – such original sets in original packaging only rarely appear on the market!

Die Griffe sind in der edlen, glatten Ausführung (Smooth) gefertigt, hochglanzpoliert und schmeicheln der Hand perfekt. Sie besitzen eine wunderschöne, dezente Tiefenmaserung, wie sie nur bei echtem Naturhorn vorkommt – ein absoluter Blickfang für jede Waffensammlung!

Die absolute Besonderheit dieses Sets:
Die Griffe verfügen über das extrem seltene, herausnehmbare Pass-Inlet / Keil im oberen Bereich der Innenseite (siehe Fotos). Dadurch sind die Griffe universell einsetzbar:
- Mit eingesetztem Keil passen sie perfekt auf die Standardrahmen mit offenem Hahn (z. B. M36).
- Ohne den Keil schmiegen sie sich nahtlos an die Rahmenformen mit verdecktem Hahn oder Hahnshroud (z. B. Bodyguard/Centennial-Modelle) an. Dieses kleine Teil geht über die Jahre fast immer verloren – hier ist es im Original vorhanden!
Zustand:
- Absoluter Top-Zustand! Die Griffe wurden offenbar nie oder nur kaum montiert. Keine Risse, keine Abplatzungen im Horn, die Kanten sind scharf und die integrierten Messing-Gewindehülsen sind makellos sauber.
- Lieferung erfolgt in der originalen Eagle Grips Sammlerbox mit dem passenden Werks-Etikett.
- Hinweis: Die Lieferung erfolgt ohne die kleine Befestigungsschraube. Es kann hierfür ganz unkompliziert die originale S&W-Serienschraube oder jede handelsübliche Standard-Griffschraube für den J-Rahmen verwendet werden.
- Greifen Sie zu, bevor es ein anderer tut – solche Originalsets in OVP tauchen nur noch extrem selten auf dem Markt auf!
