Questi strozzatori, a differenza degli Extended +20 mm e dei Ported +20 mm, fuoriescono dalla canna per 50mm o 100mm e vengono utilizzati quasi esclusivamente per le attività venatorie. Essi sono caratterizzati da un particolare profilo interno a cono lungo, atto a deformare i pallini della cartuccia il meno possibile e a creare così rosate più piene e compatte. Gli In/Out +50 mm e +100 mm sono utilizzabili, nelle differenti strozzature, con ogni tipo di munizione, ad eccezione delle strozzature XF e XXF che possono essere utilizzate solo con quelle al piombo; esistono quindi nella versione Steel Shot fino alla strozzatura F (*), così come abbiamo detto accadere anche per gli Extended +20 mm.
