Il fucile da Cadetto, Kadettengewehr in tedesco. Un monocolpo in calibro 7,5×55. L’alzo ha sul bordo sinistro del supporto le tacche che coprono da 300 a 1200 m, ovviamente destinate al tiro con le cartucce a piena carica, mentre su quello destro le tacche sono da 200 a 400, per il tiro con le munizioni “da ragazzo”, caricate con una minor dose di propellente. Il castello presenta una culla liscia che chiude la sede del caricatore. Ovviamente è diversa dal normale anche la parte inferiore dell’arma, che presenta solo le teste delle viti di fissaggio inserite in rosette di acciaio annegate nel legno, e diversi sono anche i valori di peso e lunghezza, per adattarsi al fisico dei giovani da addestrare. La canna è lunga 60 cm, contro i 70 e passa dei fucili d’ordinanza, e anche il calcio ha dimensioni ridotte, ma tutto il resto, ovvero sistema di otturazione, sicura, tipo della calciatura, organi di mira, finimenti metallici, è molto simile. Questo è monomatricola, con canna, meccanica e azione ottime. Brunitura originale, è un ottimo pezzo da collezione o da uso al poligono.
