Spuhr SP-4026 · 34 mm · 70 mm Cantilever
Extremely far forward, deliberately low: for AR setups with tight receiver space The SP-4026 places a 34 mm scope 70 mm forward and keeps the optical axis only 32 mm above the rail. This solves a specific problem: correct eye relief while keeping the entire mount on the rigid upper receiver.
Important: This classic SP-4026 is not identical to the later Gen3 versions SP-4026C/CM.

Our honest assessment
The mount is not a general 34 mm all-rounder. It makes sense if your scope needs to be far forward and a very low head position fits ergonomically. If you only need normal forward offset, 70 mm is an unnecessary lever.

Fits well if … … 34 mm optics, 70 mm forward offset, and 32 mm axis height fit exactly to your cheek weld and receiver.

Fits less well if … … you want to shoot higher, more upright, or with QD, or need an integrated bubble level.

Features and practical effect

70 mm forward offset Brings the optic far forward without bridging receiver and handguard with a mount.

32 mm axis height Very low sight line. Ideal for some shooters, too low for others. Check objective clearance with real outer diameter and protective cap.

0 MOA No built-in cant. The mount solves positioning issues, not missing elevation reserve.

No integrated bubble level Plan for an external, suitable cant indicator if needed. It is not included.

Limits, disadvantages, and typical misbuys

Most common misbuy: choosing 70 mm when eye relief already fits with a shorter cantilever.
The fixed ring geometry requires truly straight 34 mm clamping zones. Extended TPAL-/EREK-ge
Cases are excluded according to available data.

Technical data with practical interpretation

Picatinny / STANAG mount, fixed screwing.

Main tube 34 mm; observe fixed ring positions.

Height / offset 32 mm axis height / 70 mm cantilever.

Tilt 0 MIL / 0 MOA – neutral.

Length / weight approx. 140 mm / 224 g according to available data.

Material 7075-T651 aluminium, hard anodized; seven Spuhr interface sets.

Scope of delivery
Spuhr SP-4026 cantilever mount, 10-degree leveling wedge and manufacturer’s manual. Scope, firearm, torque tool, external bubble level and other interface accessories are not included.
Safe use

Clamp only on the receiver The complete base belongs on the rigid upper receiver. The cantilever carries the rings forward.

Measure clearance realistically Check the objective housing including cap, throw lever and charging handle over the entire operating path.

FAQ
Is the SP-4026 a Gen3 mount? No. The model offered here is the classic SP-4026 without C/CM suffix. Does it have an integrated bubble level? No. Why 70 mm offset? So the optic can be positioned far forward while the clamp remains fully on the receiver. Is 0 MOA unsuitable for long range? Not fundamentally. 0 MOA is neutral; whether forward tilt is needed depends on optic length, rail and engagement distance.
Black Raptor · Buying advice instead of datasheet
The SP-4026 is strong if you really need a lot of offset with a very low 32 mm axis height. Without this specific geometry requirement, a shorter or higher mount is usually the better choice. (Show description in original language)

Spuhr SP-4026 · 34 mm · 70 mm Cantilever

0 MOA Keine eingebaute Vorneigung. Die Montage löst Positionsprobleme, nicht fehlende Höhenreserve.

Keine integrierte Libelle Bei Bedarf externe, passende Verkantungskontrolle einplanen.

Black Raptor · Kaufberatung statt Datenblatt
