Black Raptor Buying Guide
Unity Tactical FAST FTC Holosun specialised flip-to-center magnifier mount for Holosun HM3X and HM3XT on the raised FAST line of about 2.26 inches. The key buying point is the clean system compatibility – this version is deliberately not a universal mount.
Fits well – or not?
Fits well For Holosun HM3X or HM3XT behind a suitably raised primary optic, when the magnifier is to be flipped downwards instead of sideways.
Fits less well For other magnifiers without confirmed approval, classic low co-witness optics, or setups where a more universal FTC omni solution makes more sense.
Features with practical benefits
Flip-to-Center The magnifier flips downwards towards the centre of the weapon when not in use. This means less component sticks out sideways compared to many flip-to-side solutions.
2.26-inch system height The mount belongs in a raised FAST setup. This can support a more upright head position but only works cleanly with the correct axis height of the primary optic.
Holosun-specific The design is aimed at HM3X/HM3XT. This specialisation reduces ambiguity when choosing variants.
Picatinny system The available rail space behind the main optic remains a real planning factor. Eye Relief and
Movement path must fit the setup.
Limits, disadvantages & avoiding bad purchases
Important: Matching magnifier and mounting height go together. A low-mounted red dot does not align properly with a 2.26-inch FTC solution.
The magnifier itself is not included. Even with suitable hardware, the position must be chosen so that a full field of view is achieved in the natural shooting position and the FTC movement path remains clear.
Technical data – with practical interpretation
Compatibility Holosun HM3X / HM3XT – check the specific magnifier model before ordering.
System height 2.26 inches / approx. 57.4 mm – for elevated FAST red dot setups, not for classic low optic lines.
Mechanism Flip-to-Center – the magnifier flips centrally down out of the sight line.
Mounting base Picatinny – check rail space behind the main optic and eye relief before final positioning.
Material 7075-T6 aluminium – durable, weight-optimised mounting construction according to provided product data.
Finish / variants Type-III hardcoat; black or tan. Colour is a setup choice, technical suitability remains the same.
Mounting & safe use
Before mounting, unload the firearm and ensure a safe working condition. Position red dot and magnifier as a system: same axis height, natural eye relief, sufficient rail space and free FTC movement path. Adjust clamping according to manufacturer instructions and then check seating, function and point of impact of the primary optic.
Scope of delivery
1× Unity Tactical FAST FTC Holosun Magnifier Mount in the chosen colour.
Not included: Holosun HM3X/HM3XT, red dot, firearm or other optic accessories.
FAQ
Does the HM3X fit? Yes. HM3X and HM3XT are the compatible magnifiers listed in the Shopify product data. What is the advantage of FTC? The magnifier flips centrally down instead of sideways out of the setup. This keeps the configuration more compact laterally. Does the mount work with a low red dot? Only if the optical axes really match. This FTC version is designed for the elevated FAST system height. Is the magnifier included? No. This listing includes the mount only.
Black Raptor · honestly rated
Clear specialised solution: For HM3X/HM3XT at true FAST height, the Holosun-specific FTC mount is the clean choice. Anyone using a different magnifier should not force fitment by assumptions or improvised adapters. (Show description in original language)

Black Raptor Kaufberatung
Material 7075-T6 Aluminium – belastbare, gewichtsoptimierte Montagekonstruktion laut hinterlegten Produktdaten.
Nein. Dieses Listing umfasst die Montage.
Black Raptor · ehrlich eingeordnet
