UTG LIBRE V1 · LT-EL700HL
20–700 Lumen variable – with precisely specified CR123A power supply The UTG LIBRE LT-EL700HL is an adjustable aluminium handheld flashlight with about 20 to 700 lumens, momentary and constant light, as well as strobe. For the exact designation LT-EL700HL, the official manual specifies 2× CR123A as the power source.
Important for variant identity: Accessories or battery data of the current LT-EL700 without "HL" must not be applied to this older LT-EL700HL.
Black-Raptor classification
The LIBRE suits users who want to finely adjust the light output in everyday life, vehicle, or outdoor setups. The low range is more interesting for close range and runtime; the 700-lumen level provides a significantly brighter reserve for short situations.
The exact SKU check is decisive for purchase here: The LT-EL700HL is powered by two CR123A batteries. Compatibility with 18650 is therefore not guaranteed for this specific designation.
Fits well / Fits less well
Fits well if … you want a variable brightness, momentary and constant light, strobe, and a CR123A-based handheld flashlight for everyday, vehicle, or outdoor use.
Fits less well if … you absolutely require 18650, integrated USB charging, or a factory-guaranteed Picatinny mount.
What the functions practically mean
20–700 lumens The low range is suitable for orientation and close work; high output is intended for short situations with greater light demand.
25 h to 1.5 h runtime The official manual states about 25 hours at the lowest and 1.5 hours at the highest output. This clearly shows how much the brightness setting affects power consumption.
Momentary & constant light Short checks
can be done without continuous activation; for longer tasks, constant light is available.
Strobe Additional signalling mode. For normal lighting, the adjustable constant light levels remain the more important function.
Power supply & variant differentiation
For LT-EL700HL LIBRE V1, the original manufacturer manual explicitly specifies 2× CR123A. Therefore, the earlier 18650 assignment has been removed from this product page.
The more recent designation LT-EL700 is a different product or version. Its accessories and power specifications are not transferred to the LT-EL700HL.
Limits, disadvantages & avoiding bad purchases
700 lumens is the maximum level: high output significantly shortens runtime compared to low mode.
CR123A instead of 18650: Do not use 18650 cells for this exact SKU due to similar model names.
No Picatinny mount guaranteed: The accessory list in the original LT-EL700HL manual does not mention a Picatinny mount. Therefore, such a mount is not part of the guaranteed delivery.
Do not invent range: No unverified meter specification is added to this page.

Black Raptor buying advice
For the LIBRE, the exact designation matters – not the similar model name. For LT-EL700HL, the data situation is now clear: 20–700 lumens, 2× CR123A and clearly documented scope of delivery. This allows selecting the older HL version without mixing it up with today’s LT-EL700. (Show description in original language)
