Schnitt
All protective plates are offered in the standard cut Shooter's-Cut / SAPI single curved. This allows them to fit into all common plate carriers or SK1 vests with the corresponding insert pocket. Upon special customer request, all plates can also be made in a special cut (from 200 pcs.).
Stand-alone protective plate (SA)
These are stand-alone plates, meaning they can be used without soft ballistic protection and are housed in a simple plate carrier. This concept is especially useful for operational forces and private users who do not wear an SK1 protective vest daily anyway.
Due to this dual function, SA plates are always somewhat heavier and slightly more expensive with the same protective effect.
This plate was specially produced for private users and is therefore also available to them.

Die OPS-AL03 Keramikplatten erreichen eine Schutzklasse bis VPAM 10 und sind gemäß NIJ Level IV geprüft. Keramikplatten sind im Vergleich zu Stahlplatten etwas dicker und müssen sorgsamer behandelt werden.SchnittAlle Schutzplatten werden im Standardschnitt Shooter's-Cut / SAPI single curved angeboten. Damit passen sie in alle gängigen Plattenträger bzw. SK1-Westen mit entsprechendem Einschubfach. Auf speziellen Kundenwunsch können alle Platten auch in einem speziellen Schnitt angefertigt werden (ab 200 Stk.).Stand-alone Schutzplatte (SA)Es handelt sich um Stand-alone Platten, d.h sie können ohne Weichballistik eingesetzt werden und werden in einem einfachen Plattenträger untergebracht. Dieses Konzept ist besonders für Einsatzkräfte und Privatanwender sinnvoll, die nicht ohnehin täglich eine SK1-Schutzweste tragen.Aufgrund dieser Doppelfunktion sind SA-Platten immer etwas schwerer und etwas teurer bei gleicher Schutzwirkung.Diese Platte wurde speziell für Privatanwender produziert und ist daher auch für diese erhältlich.
