Der Q-WORKS Hunt Compact ist ein kompakter und leichter Titan-Schalldämpfer für Repetierbüchsen und Präzisionsplattformen. Entwickelt wurde er für Anwendungen, bei denen geringes Gewicht, kompakte Abmessungen und hohe Leistung im Vordergrund stehen. Mit nur 120 mm Länge und 250 g Gewicht bleibt die Waffe ausgewogen und führig.
Der Hunt Compact wird aus Titan Grade 5 gefertigt und mittels Q-WORKS Sintertechnologie monolithisch hergestellt. Dadurch kommt der Schalldämpfer ohne Fügestellen aus und ist auf hohe Konsistenz und eine lange Lebensdauer ausgelegt.
Die Schalldämpfung gibt Q-WORKS mit 28 dB an. Der Hunt Compact ist für die Kaliber .223, 6.5 mm (.26), .30, .338 und .38 erhältlich und entspricht der Q-WORKS Lastklasse I für langfristigen, intensiven jagdlichen Einsatz.
Bei der Montage besteht die Wahl zwischen einer Direktmontage und dem optionalen Q-WORKS Quick-Detach-System. Damit nutzt der Hunt Compact dieselbe Montageschnittstelle wie die weiteren Schalldämpfer der Q-WORKS Baureihe.
