The Kriss Vector CRB Gen2 is a semi-automatic carbine in pistol calibers (PCC) suitable for both hunters and sport shooters - the weapon has been approved by the BKA for competitive shooting!

Equipped with an unusual but efficient recoil reduction system, the so-called "Super V System" which gives the weapon its name, the firearm has an extremely low recoil and muzzle rise. The bore axis is located below the trigger, which further enhances the controllability of the rifle. Especially for sport shooters, this system allows for extremely fast and precise shot sequences, important in dynamic disciplines, and that in caliber .45 ACP.

Aside from the special recoil system, the weapon uses a delayed blowback mechanism and operates naturally in semi-automatic mode. The ammunition is fed via standard Glock magazines. The 16" barrel ensures good precision and muzzle velocity, is made of chrome-molybdenum steel, and is treated with a hard nitriding (QPQ) - durable and corrosion-resistant. The long barrel is housed in a square shroud, which fits excellently into the design of the weapon - very futuristic and stylish, as one would expect from such a special firearm. A two-stage trigger with a short reset is installed, and the AR-type stock can be adjusted to the shooter in 6 positions.

Visually, the weapon not only offers the iconic and futuristic look but also the option to choose different colors or camouflage patterns directly from the factory. This article offers the variants in "Camouflage," based on Multicam camouflage patterns - the solid color variants can be found here.

Please note:
The Kriss Vector in all variants and calibers uses Glock magazines! As a semi-automatic rifle, the allowed magazine capacity is a maximum of 10 rounds!

While the original Gen1 was introduced in the USA back in 2009, the Gen2 has been available since 2015 - since 2017 in the current Gen2.1 - changes include the pistol grip, the safety, the removal of the integrated light mount, and various calibers. From Gen2.1 onwards, a universal stock adapter has been installed. This variant is the first version available to civilians on the German market. The latest Gen3, recently delivered in the USA, is not yet foreseeable in this country.

Die Kriss Vector CRB Gen2 ist ein halbautomatischer Karabiner in Pistolenkalibern (PCC) der für Jäger und Sportschützen gleichermaßen geeignet ist - die Waffe wurde vom BKA für das Sportliche schießen zugelassen!

Ausgestattet mit einem unüblichen aber effizienten System zur Rückstoßreduzierung, dem sogenannten "Super V System" welches der Waffe auch den Namen gibt, verfügt die Waffe über einen äußerst geringen Rückstoß und Hochschlag. Die Laufseelenachse befindet sich unterhalb des Abzugs, was die Kontrollierbarkeit der Büchse noch weiter erhöht. Gerade für Sportschützen erlaubt dieses System äußerst schnelle und präzise Schussfolgen, wichtig bei dynamischen Disziplinen, und das im Kaliber .45 ACP.

Abgesehen von dem besonderen Rückstoßsystem nutzt die Waffe einen verzögerten Masseverschluss und funktioniert natürlich halbautomatisch. Die Munition wird über handelsübliche Glock Magazine zugeführt. Der 16" Lauf sorgt für eine gute Präzision und Mündungsgeschwindigkeit, ist aus Chrom-Molybdän-Stahl gefertigt und mit einer Hartnitrierung (QPQ) versehen - langlebig und korrosionsgeschützt. Der lange Lauf befindet sich in einer eckigen Verkleidung, welche sich in das Design der Waffe hervorragend einpasst - sehr futuristisch und stilvoll, wie man es von so einer besonderen Waffe erwarten kann. Als Abzug ist ein two-stage-trigger (Druckpunktabzug) mit kurzen Reset verbaut, der AR-typische Schubschaft kann in 6 Postitionen auf den Schützen eingestellt werden.

Optisch bietet die Waffe nicht nur die ikonische und futuristische Optik, sondern auch die Möglichkeit ab Werk unterschiedliche Farben oder Tarnmuster auswählen zu können. Während die ursprüngliche Gen1 in den USA bereits 2009 vorgestellt wurde, ist die Gen2 seit 2015 verfügbar - seit 2017 in der aktuell Gen2.1 - Änderungen umfassen den Pistolengriff, die Sicherung, das Wegfallen der integrierten Lampenhalterung und verschiedene Kaliber. Ab Gen2.1 wurde ein universeller Schaftadapter verbaut. Diese Variante ist die Erste Ausführung, die zivil auf dem deutschen Markt erhältlich ist. Die seit neuesten in den USA ausgelieferte Gen3 ist hierzulande noch nicht absehbar.
