Dry-Rubs – aromatic natural spices for the preparation of game meat: Spice up your Wild! Game on the grill is absolutely trendy. Dry-Rubs – aromatische Naturgewürze für die Zubereitung von Wildfleisch: Spice up your Wild! Wild auf dem Grill ist absolut im Trend. Anstatt das edle Fleisch in Marinaden zu ertränken, empfiehlt es sich, das Fleisch kurz vor dem Grillen mit sogenannten Dry-Rubs einzureiben. Durch die spezielle Zusammensetzung der Rubs wird so das Grillgut nicht nur aromatisiert, sondern außen schön knusprig und innen zart. Auch für Pfannengerichte und Eintöpfe oder zum Herstellen von Würzpasten und Saucen sind die Gewürzkompositionen bestens geeignet.
