The world's first caliber cookie cutters - the Caliber Cookie Cutter from Jagawams ;-) The cutter consists of two parts: the round cutter and the caliber stamp. The cutter is pressed into the dough. The caliber stamp is then inserted into the cutter and imprints the dough. If the dough sticks to the cutter when removing, it can be pushed out with the help of the back of the stamp.
Here is a basic recipe for perfect caliber cookies: - 250g butter - 200g sugar - 2 eggs - 500g flour - 1 pinch of salt Baking powder should be avoided to preserve the stamped details well. Die weltweit ersten Kaliber Keks Ausstecher - der Caliber Cookie Cutter von Jagawams ;-) Der Ausstecher besteht aus zwei Teilen: dem kreisrunden Ausstecher und dem Kaliberstempel. Der Ausstecher wird in den Teig durchgedrückt. Der Kaliberstempel wird dann in den Ausstecher geführt und prägt den Teig. Sollte der Teig beim Lösen am Ausstecker festkleben, so kann dieser mit Hilfe der Rückseite des Stempels rausgesrückt werden.
Hier ein Grundrezept für perfekte Kaliber-Kekse: - 250g Butter - 200g Zucker - 2 Eier - 500g Mehl - 1 Prise Salz Auf Backpulver sollte verzichtet werden, um die gestempelten Details gut zu erhalten. Material: PETG Lieferung ohne Kekse! Weitere Kaliber sind in Arbeit.
