The Black Mamba combines features of the Volquartsen Scorpion KK pistol with the push-button takedown functionality of the Ruger MK IV platform. The Competition Bolt with DLC coating ensures smooth operation and flawless function, whether you are training at the range for a day or competing at the highest level. The Black Mamba construction uses a Ruger MK IV 22/45 polymer frame that has been upgraded with the Volquartsen Accurizing Kit, providing a clear, clean trigger pull of 1000 gr. The pistol is also equipped with a Volquartsen magazine release that, in conjunction with the Volquartsen magazine base pad (included), prevents feeding issues. This is achieved by raising the position of the magazine in the frame, allowing the bolt to better engage each cartridge during feeding. With an overall length of approximately 9.5" and a weight of only 900g, it provides high precision thanks to the 4.5"-LLV competition upper and stainless steel barrel. With a magazine capacity of 10 rounds and a clean trigger pull resistance of 2.25 pounds, it is ideal for training and competitions.
