The PUMA dagga boy is a heavy, robust, and yet elegantly designed hunting knife that is not shy of any task. Hunting knives should possess good stability. This insight has been consistently implemented in our PUMA "dagga boy." The result is a heavy hunting all-rounder with a strong flat-ground blade, whose full tang runs through the handle and is equipped with voluminous buffalo horn scales. A solid nickel silver guard serves as a hand protection. Due to these features, the "dagga boy" model is also suitable for heavier cutting tasks and does not let its owner down in any situation. Another highlight of this buffalo version is the beautiful laser engraving on the blade. The knives are continuously numbered. The numbers are assigned in the order of receipt of the orders. Therefore, selecting a specific number is not possible.
A brief explanation of the name of the knife: "Dagga Boy" is a term that is primarily used in the context of safaris in Africa to refer to an old, solitary male buffalo. The word "dagga" comes from Zulu and means mud, which indicates the preference of these buffaloes to spend time in muddy waters to protect themselves from insects, among other things. Dagga Boys are known for their unpredictability and can indeed be dangerous. So, a powerful name for a strong hunting knife!

Das PUMA dagga boy ist ein schweres, robustes und dennoch formschönes Jagdmesser, das sich für keine Aufgabe zu schade ist.
Jagdlich genutzte Messer sollten eine gute Stabilität besitzen. Diese Erkenntnis wurde bei unserem PUMA „dagga boy“ konsequent umgesetzt. Entstanden ist ein schwerer Jagd-Allrounder mit starker Flachschliffklinge, deren voll durch den Griff durchgehender Erl mit voluminösen Schalen aus Büffelhorn bestückt ist. Als Handschutz dient ein Parierstück aus massivem Neusilber. Durch diese Eigenschaften ist das Modell „dagga boy“ auch für schwerere Schneidaufgaben geeignet und lässt seinen Besitzer in keiner Situation im Stich. Hier finden Sie das Modell auch mit Hirschhornbeschalung als PUMA rotwildmesser.
Ein weiteres Highlight bei dieser Büffel-Version ist die schöne Lasergravur auf der Klinge. Die Messer werden fortlaufend nummeriert. Die Nummern werden nach Bestelleingang vergeben. Eine Auswahl einer Nummer ist daher nicht möglich.
