Note from Triple K:
The HS pistol developed by Mauser in 1937 stands for Hahn Selbstspann and the C represents the third revision before production.
Almost all pistols from the pre-World War II era were used by the German military and bear the designation WAA.
The pistol was well designed and manufactured and had an appealing appearance.
Immediately after the war, several thousand pistols were produced for the French and subsequently for commercial sale in both .32ACP caliber and the .380Auto caliber introduced after the war.
It is currently manufactured and imported in the USA. (Show description in original language)

Die 1937 von Mauser entwickelte Pistole HS steht für Hahn Selbstspann und das C für die dritte Revision vor der Produktion.
Fast alle Pistolen aus der Zeit vor dem Zweiten Weltkrieg wurden vom deutschen Militär verwendet und tragen die Kennzeichnung WAA.
Die Pistole war gut konstruiert und gefertigt und hatte ein ansprechendes Erscheinungsbild.
Unmittelbar nach dem Krieg wurden mehrere tausend Pistolen für die Franzosen und anschließend für den kommerziellen Verkauf sowohl im Kaliber .32ACP als auch im nach dem Krieg eingeführten Kaliber .380Auto hergestellt.
Derzeit wird sie in den USA hergestellt und importiert.
