Information on the cleaning and disinfection of sports weapons Under adherence to appropriate hygiene concepts, a somewhat regular operation of sports facilities is again possible within the framework of the generally applicable Corona regulations. For disinfection, FEINWERKBAU recommends a water-based surface disinfectant with as low an alcohol content as possible. When cleaning/disinfecting our products, the following guidelines must be observed: Before cleaning a sports weapon, the safety of the weapon must be ensured. Test the cleaning/disinfectant used on an inconspicuous area before application. Too aggressive cleaners can permanently damage colors, paints, anodized surfaces, or other sensitive areas of your sports weapon. Do not use disinfectants for spraying; the spray mist can unintentionally cause damage to the sports weapon. Apply the cleaning/disinfectant to a lint-free cloth and wipe over the corresponding areas of your sports weapon. Additionally, prefer cleaning cloths made of polyester. This absorbs only about 7% of the active ingredient compared to cleaning cloths made of cellulose and viscose, which absorb about 50-70%. Surface cleaners/disinfectants generally have a degreasing effect; if necessary, cleaned areas must be re-greased/lubricated/conserved according to the instructions in the operating manuals. The instructions from the operating manuals must always be observed. FEINWERKBAU fundamentally assumes no liability for damage to sports weapons and attachments caused by the use of cleaning or disinfectant agents. The safety regulations and application instructions of the manufacturers must be strictly observed and adhered to. FEINWERKBAU recommends, for example, the use of the disinfectant cleaner HAKUPUR 50-525. This contains quaternary ammonium compounds as the biocidal active ingredient. [Alkyl (C12-C14) dimethylbenzylammonium chloride (ADBAC (C12-C14)) with an active ingredient content of 30 g/l.] This degreasing cleaner based on water has a pH value of 7.8 ± 0.3 and not only removes dirt such as dust and oil/fat residues but also attacks the lipid membrane of enveloped viruses, thereby contributing to their inactivation. The additionally contained quaternary ammonium compounds are registered as disinfecting active ingredients and provide further antimicrobial/disinfecting effects. However, the manufacturer points out that the HAKUPUR products are not certified disinfectants. The application in the medical field is at your own risk. Official test results regarding the biocidal effect are not available. The disinfectant set consists of: 100 ml disinfectant cleaner HAKUPUR 50-525 and a Feinwerkbau microfiber cloth. Fr die Desinfektion empfiehlt FEINWERKBAU ein Flchendesinfektionsmittel auf Wasserbasis mit einem mglichst geringen Alkoholanteil. Bei der Reinigung / Desinfektion unserer Produkte sind folgende Hinweise zu beachten: Vor der Reinigung einer Sportwaffe ist die Sicherheit der Waffe zu gewhrleisten. Testen Sie das eingesetzte Reinigungs-/ Desinfektionsmittel vor der Anwendung an einer unaufflligen Stelle. Zu aggressive Reiniger knnen Farben, Lacke, eloxierte Flchen oder andere empfindliche Stellen Ihrer Sportwaffe nachhaltig beschdigen. Verwenden Sie keine Desinfektionsmittel zum Sprhen der Sprhnebel kann unbeabsichtigt Beschdigungen an der Sportwaffe verursachen. Tragen Sie das Reinigungs-/ Desinfektionsmittel auf ein fusselfreies Tuch auf und wischen Sie damit ber die entsprechende Stellen Ihrer Sportwaffe. Verwenden Sie auerdem bevorzugt Wischlappen aus Polyester. Dieses absorbiert nur circa 7% des Wirkstoffes im Vergleich zu Wischlappen aus Zellstoff und Viskose, welche circa 50-70% absorbieren. Flchenreiniger / Desinfektionsmittel haben i.d.R. eine entfettende Wirkung ggf. mssen gereinigte Stellen entsprechend der Vorgaben in den Bedienungsanleitungen neu gefettet / gelt / konserviert werden. Die Hinweise aus den Bedienungsanleitungen sind stets zu beachten. FEINWERKBAU bernimmt grundstzlich keine Gewhrleistung fr Schden an Sportwaffen und Anbauteilen, die durch Anwendung von Reinigungs- oder Desinfektionsmitteln entstehen. Die Sicherheitsvorschriften und Anwendungshinweise der Hersteller sind unbedingt zu beachten und einzuhalten. FEINWERKBAU empfiehlt beispielsweise die Verwendung des Desinfektionsreinigers HAKUPUR 50-525. Dieser enthlt als bioziden Wirkstoff quaternre Ammoniumverbindungen.
