Service performance assembly includes:

proper fastening of the rail (gluing)
proper fastening of the mounting rings / rail glass fastening
proper fastening of the rings and the scope
from caliber .30-06 Sprgf. gluing of the rings
securing all screws with Loctite
if necessary, checking system screws
checking the functionality of all components
optical pre-adjustment using an optical shot tester
