The Professor Optiken Hockenheim 8x25 is, contrary to what the name might suggest, not only suitable for motorsport events. Our new pocket binoculars are also an ideal companion for all kinds of events and leisure activities, on holiday trips and hikes, or for nature and bird watching. It is also very well suited for hunting applications, such as a cost-effective stalking glass. The Hockenheim 8x25 weighs only 317 grams, making it extremely lightweight and so compact that it fits into almost any small bag.
The optics are equipped with Porro prisms made of barium crown glass (BaK-4) and fully coated lenses. Despite its small size, the compact Hockenheim 8x25 impresses with a high-contrast and sharp image reproduction. The focus adjustment is smooth and allows for quick focus regulation down to close range. The field of view of the Hockenheim 8x25 is a very solid 119 meters. The micro bridge ensures that the binoculars sit comfortably and securely in the hand.
The housing of the binoculars is made of sturdy and shatterproof polycarbonate. It has been robustly constructed. The eyecups feature a Z-click mechanism, providing an additional intermediate position. The black rubber armoring is not only particularly non-slip but also made to be highly durable. The Hockenheim 8x25 is filled with nitrogen and completely waterproof. A nano-coating also ensures that the lenses do not fog up. Like all binoculars from Professor Optiken, the Hockenheim 8x25 has a tripod connection.

Das Professor Optiken Hockenheim 8x25 ist anders als der Name vermuten lässt, nicht nur für Motorsportveranstaltungen geeignet. Unser neues Taschenfernglas ist auch ein idealer Begleiter für jegliche Art von Veranstaltungen und Freizeitaktivitäten, auf Urlaubsreisen und Wanderungen oder auch für die Natur und Vogelbeobachtung. Aber auch für jagdliche Anwendungen, wie beispielsweise als preisgünstiges Pirschglas ist das Hockenheim sehr gut geeignet. Das Hockenheim 8x25 ist mit 317 Gramm nicht nur extrem leicht, sondern auch so kompakt, dass es fast in jede noch so kleine Tasche passt.
Die Optik ist mit Porro-Prismen aus Barium-Kronglas (BaK-4) und vollvergüteten Linsen ausgestattet. Das kompakte Hockenheim 8x25 überzeugt trotz der kleinen Bauweise mit einer kontrastreichen und konturenscharfen Bildwiedergabe. Der Schärfeeinstellung ist leichtgängig und ermöglicht eine schnelle Schärferegulierung bis in den Nahbereich hinein. Das Sehfeld des Hockenheim 8x25 liegt bei sehr soliden 119 Metern. Die Mikrobrücke sorgt dafür, dass das Fernglas griffig und komfortabel in der Hand liegt.
Das Gehäuse des Fernglases wurde aus stabilem und bruchfestem Polycarbonat gefertigt. Es wurde robust konstruiert. Die Augenmuscheln verfügen über eine Z-Rastung und damit über eine zusätzliche Mittelstellung. Die schwarze Gummiarmierung ist nicht nur besonders rutschfest, sondern auch besonders widerstandsfähig gefertigt. Das Hockenheim 8x25 ist mit Stickstoff gefüllt und absolut wasserdicht. Eine Nano-Beschichtung sorgt zudem dafür, dass die Linsen nicht beschlagen. Wie alle Ferngläser von Professor Optiken, hat auch das Hockenheim 8x25 einen Stativanschluss.
