The Ruger Mini-14 is a semi-automatic rifle that has been manufactured since the 1970s by the American company Sturm, Ruger & Co. in Southport, U.S.A. It is known for its reliability, ease of use, and robust construction. The design is heavily inspired by the M1 Garand and M14 rifles, but adapted for smaller calibers. The rifle was imported by Frankonia and received its proof in May 1979.
